Wiz-Art 2014 Presents the International Jury

Lviv International Short Film Festival presents the international jury.

Gunhild Enger (Norway)

Graduated from Edinburg College of Art, and The School of Film Directing in Gothenburg. She was nominated for a BAFTA with her graduation film Bargain, and has since then screened her films at festivals around the world. Her film Premature won best short film at several festivals in 2012 and 2013.

Kateryna Gornostai (Ukraine)

Studied biology, and later journalism at the Kyiv Mohyla Academy. Graduated from the School of the Documentary Film and Theater (Moscow) of Marina Razbezhkina and Mikhail Ugarov. Participant of the documentary Ukrainian-Belarusian-Polish project ‘The young about the young’, as well as workshop in Gdyńska Szkoła Filmowa (in the frame of Solidarity Shorts International Film Contest). The author of two short films in the Docudays UA opening film ‘Euromaidan. The Rough Cut’.

Filmography: The Press (2010, animated), Real News (2011, documentary), Piano (2012, documentary), Between You and Me (2013, documentary), Driving Lessons (2013, documentary).

Szymon Stemplewski (Poland)

Lives and works in Poznan, Poland. He is a graduate of Cultural Studies on Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and Artistic Education on the University of Fine Arts in Poznan. Since 2003 the President of Ad Arte Foundation.

Since 2007 the Polish representative and organizer of British owned Future Shorts. Since 2008 Director of International Festival Of New Audiovisual Phenomena Vivisesja. Since 2009 Director of Short Waves Festival.
