On Feb.18, art formation Wiz-Art presents a master-class by a representative of Nordland College of Art and Film in Kabelvåg – Torfinn Iversen. Mr. Iversen is a director, producer, screenwriter, besides holding a master-class ‘Film Idea Development’, the same day he will present his own works.
Torfinn Iversen makes films since 1999. His works have been selected to the competition program of many festivals, including Clermont Ferrand International Film Festival and Fresh Film Fest: International Student Film Festival in Karlovy Vary.
Torfinn participated in the Berlinale Talent Campus and Odense Talent Campus in Denmark.
In 2009 the director was a guest lecturer at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan (Poland).
A reminder, the arrival of Torfin Iversen to Ukraine is realized within the framework of latest short films screening “Norwegian Shorts” (February 17 – Lviv, February 19-20 – Kyiv).
Also, the workshop launches a tradition of inviting guests for extracurricular lecturing from our School of Visual Art – Art School.
