As the festival director, along with the co-director, he is responsible for strategic planning and programming. Additionally, Jukka-Pekka is the executive director of the local film center in Tampere, the &#8220;Pirkanmaa Film Centre.&#8221; Jukka-Pekka Laakso is also a member of the European Film Academy. The Tampere Film Festival is one of the oldest short film festivals in the world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Lauma Kaudz\u012bte<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Based in Paris, Lauma is the coordinator of European Short Pitch and Managing Director of Short Film conference, as well as the short film programme manager at Riga International Film Festival. She serves as a jury member in different festivals, and takes part of several selection committees like European Short Pitch and Baltic Pitching Forum. Additionally, Lauma is a project coordinator at Latvian Animation Association and manages industry events in 2ANNAS \u2013 short film festival in Latvia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Anna Onufriienko<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Anna is a cultural studies researcher, journalist, in 2014-2023 film critic and programmer at Oleksandr Dovzhenko National Center (Ukrainian film archive), program coordinator of retrospective film programs, co-curator of exhibitions on Ukrainian cinema and art (VUFKU.Lost&amp;Found, Ukrainian Film Posters of 1920-1930s), and co-director of the montage films Atomograd. Montage of Utopia, Intervision-Lviv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Union of the Ukrainian Film Critics (UUFC) <strong>NATIONAL COMPETITION JURY<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kateryna Slipchenko<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Film critic and art critic. Member of the Ukrainian Film Academy, the Union of Film Critics of Ukraine and the International Federation of Film Press FIPRESCI.<br>Editor of the culture department of ZAXID.NET<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Anton Frolov<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Editor of the online film magazine Cineast, director of the independent Ukrainian film festival &#8220;Bardak&#8221;, member of the Ukrainian Film Academy and volunteer of the public organization &#8220;Ukraine SOS&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Valeriy Myrnyi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Film reviewer of New Voice magazine, journalist, producer, member of the Union of Film Critics of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oksana Voloshenyuk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Teacher of Kyiv National I. K.
