Arkadii Nepytaliuk.Born in a small village of Lehnivka, Yarmolinetsky district, in Khmelnitsky. From 1988 to 1991 he studied at the acting course, and from 1991 to 1996 – at the telepresence course at The Kyiv National I. K. Karpenko-Kary Theatre, Cinema and Television University. Received a specialist diploma of a television director. In 1993, he trained at the Higher Media School in Hilversum (The Netherlands). In 1995, he trained at the Schloss Solitude Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart, Germany. From 1997 till now, he has periodically worked as a director at various production studios and channels.
